The Polk County School Board will have a work session at 12:30 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, July 27), followed by a regular board meeting at 5 p.m. All sessions will take place at the Jim Miles Professional Development Center in Lakeland, 4270 Wallace Road. The meetings will be broadcast live on the PCPS YouTube channel, youtube.com/polkcountypublicschools. They can also be viewed on the following channels: Comcast channel 7, Frontier channel 45, Spectrum channel 642. Agendas are available at this link. The meetings will be structured to comply with CDC guidance, including social distancing and limiting the capacity of rooms.
