Polk County Public Schools is hosting a community meeting to discuss the proposed attendance boundary zone for a new elementary school to be built in Winter Haven. The school will be located at the northwest corner of County Road 653 and Old Bartow Lake Wales Road. The meeting to discuss the school’s proposed attendance zone will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, at Chain of Lakes Elementary in Winter Haven, 7001 State Highway 653.
